1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1.1. «Administration of the In White company (hereinafter - Administration)» - employees authorized to manage the site, social networks and stores of the retail sales network act on behalf of the In White company, who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions or operations to be carried out with personal data.
1.1.2. «Personal data» - any information relating directly or indirectly to a natural person (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. «Processing of personal data» - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) carried out with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use , transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. «Confidentiality of personal data» - it is mandatory for the Administrator or others who have access to the personal data of a person to comply with the requirement not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.
1.1.5. «Client of the In White company» - a person who has ever purchased products of the In White company on the website, in social networks or in the stores of the retail network of the In White company.
1.1.6. «Cookies» - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the In White Client's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request every time it tries to open the page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. «IP addresses» - unique network address of a node in a computer network built according to the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL TERMS
2.4. The Administration does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by the Client to In White.
3.2.1. Name of the Client of the In White company;
3.2.2. contact phone number of the Client of the In White company;
3.2.3. e-mail address (in the online store and social networks);
3.2.4. the delivery address of the Goods (in the online store);
3.2.5. the place of residence of the Client of the In White company (in the online store);
3.2.6. place of work (in a network of retail stores);
3.2.7. where did you find out about the store (in the network of retail stores)
3.3. The online store protects Data that is automatically transmitted when viewing advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which a system statistical script ("pixel") is installed:
- IP addresses;
- information from cookies;
- information about the browser (or other program that accesses the display of advertisements);
- access time;
- the address of the page on which the advertising block is located;
- referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may make it impossible to access parts of the online store site that require authorization.
3.3.2. The online store collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used for the purpose of identifying and solving technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments made.
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF IN WHITE COMPANY CLIENTS
4.1. The Administration may use the personal data of the In White Client for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identification of the Client of the In White company, registered on the website of the Internet store, for placing an order and (or) concluding the contract of purchase and sale of goods remotely with the Internet store In White.
4.1.2. Providing the Client of In White with access to the personalized resources of the Online Store Site.
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the Client of the In White Company, including the direction of messages, requests related to the use of the Online Store Site, provision of services, processing of requests and applications from the Client of the In White Company.
4.1.4. Determining the location of the In White Client to ensure security and prevent fraud.
4.1.5. Confirmation of authenticity and completeness of personal data provided by the Client to In White.
4.1.6. Creation of an account to make purchases, if the Customer of In White has given consent to the creation of an account.
4.1.7. Notification of the Client of the In White company about the status of the Order.
4.1.8. Processing and receipt of payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits for the Client of In White.
4.1.9. Providing the Client of the In White company with effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Online Store Site.
4.1.10. Providing the Client with In White's consent, product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of In White or on behalf of In White's partners.
4.1.11. Carrying out advertising activities with the consent of the Client of the In White company.
4.1.12. Providing access to In White's Client to sites or services of online store partners for the purpose of obtaining products, updates and services.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
5.1. The processing of the personal data of the Client of the In White company is carried out without a time limit, in any legal way, including in information systems of personal data with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools.
5.2. The In White client agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the In White client's order placed on the Internet store "In White", including delivery of the Goods.
5.3. The personal data of the Client of the In White company may be transferred to the authorized bodies of the state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration informs the Client of In White about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. The administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the personal information of the Client of In White from illegal or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
5.6. The administration together with the Client of the In White company takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the Client of the In White company.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The client of In White is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary to use all services of the In White Company.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of a change in this information.
6.2. The site administration is obliged to:
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of In White's Client's personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect this type of information in the existing business.
6.2.4. To block personal data relating to the relevant Client of the In White company, from the moment of the application or request of the Client of the In White company or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions
7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public property until its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. It was received from a third party before the Administration received it.
7.2.3. It was disclosed with the consent of the Client of In White.
8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
8.1. Before filing a claim in court in disputes arising from the relationship between the Client of the In White company and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, inform the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
